It's the 2nd day into New York Fashion week and were already seeing clear trends of the use of bright acid colours in the form of dresses.
Today Rebecca Taylor showed off her SS12 collection. The first look of the show was a very natural look with the uses of Creams, light grey and dark pallet of colours. Which came down in a day dresses.

As the collection went down the runway there was some colour being used, in between the light and dark grey pallet. The colour featured within a crossed patched acid yellow dress, a bright honey Coloured top went down the runway with a pattern detail of what looked like a honey cone pattern; this went well with sliveary mid length skirt and finally a Parker Coat came down the runway in blue which brought colour to the dress; the two garments contrasted perfectly together.

The collection featured quite a lot of simple dresses, however it also featured tops and tunics. The collection was based on very natural colours, which went very well in the mix of colours which also came down the runway.
