Afternoon readers,

Sorry about the lack of posts for the start of the week. It’s been a very busy start to the week. However I’m to announce one of high street store H&M are collaborating again...

From Lanvin, Versace, Lagerfeld, to McCartney H&M this time are collaborating with Maison Martin Margiela. This collaboration will launch on the 15th November which will feature the garments and accessories for menswear and womenswear ready to wear collection. Here what H&M’s creative advisor Margareta van den Bosch had to say about the latest on the collaboration:

"Maison Martin Margiela is one of the most important and influential fashion houses of the past three decades, "I am so excited by this radical collaboration which will give fashion lovers around the world the chance to wear special pieces by Maison Martin Margiela. This collaboration will be a great and memorable fashion moment."

The French fashion house is equally pleased with the pairing, describing how the collaboration will offer a "new interpretation of our vision". Other labels to have teamed up with H&M include Versace, Marni, Lanvin, Karl Lagerfeld and Stella McCartney.

The democracy of our fashion has always been at the centre of our creativity, and the collaboration with H&M allows us to push this instinct further," said a statement from Maison Martin Margiela today. "We will bring together the contrasting universes of the two houses in ways that will surprise all."
